How to Apply for FIA Jobs

In addition to recruiting personnel for multiple departments, the FIA organization also requires applicants to complete an online application if they meet the qualifications. All applicants must submit original documents in order to be considered for the position. Applications received offline will not be acknowledged. Applicants who meet the prerequisites may apply for this position. Candidates should submit their applications as soon as possible before the last date.

The following steps must be followed to apply:

  • Visit the official website of FIA and register yourself. Click on the link provided, and you will be taken to the official page.
  • Create an account by entering your CNIC (National Identity Card) number, name, and educational background.
  • The website generates a challan form, you need to pay through a bank or online using a bank or any microfinance account (Jazzcash, Easypaisa, etc)
  • After filling in the details, select the post to which you want to apply.
  • Select the test center in the application form
  • Review the application form again and submit

  • In any case, the competent authority reserves the right to reject the recruitment process and increase or decrease the number of posts at any time without assigning any reasons.
  • A maximum age relaxation of five years shall be applicable to all candidates applying for the above-mentioned posts.
  • In accordance with the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993 (as amended from time to time), the maximum age limit prescribed under the Recruitment Rules shall be relaxed.
  • Age will be determined based on the closing date for applications.
  • The selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
  • Government employees should apply through the proper channels.
  • To be considered for an interview, candidates must provide their NOC.
  • At the time of the interview, the applicant must provide original documents along with attested copies of documents issued by HEC/recognized boards/universities/institutes.
  • During any stage of the recruitment and after employment, if any information provided by the applicant is found to be false or bogus, that candidate’s candidature will stand canceled and legal action will be taken against them.
  • Candidates for posts at serial numbers 2, 6 & 7 must first pass a physical test (one mile in 7:00 minutes for males and 10 minutes for females)
  • A computer-based test based on multiple choice questions (MCQs) will be conducted later in the process for male candidates and female candidates.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the authorized civil surgeon of the Federal Government at the time of final selection.
  • Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted or entertained.
  • To take the test, applicants must bring their original CNIC.
  • Bring your original CNIC card to the test center during the test.
  • For tests, interviews, physicals, endurance, and skill tests, no TA/DA will be permitted.
  • The candidates will also be informed about the test schedule via SMS on a given mobile number. FIA will upload a list of ineligible candidates on its website after reviewing applications, for the information of all concerned. No information in this regard will be sent through postal mail.
  • Applicants who have any complaints regarding their eligibility/results of any portion of the test are required to submit a complaint on FIA’s website within 7 days of the result being uploaded, and FIA will reply to their query through its complaint management system.
  • It is mandatory for candidates to produce registration slips, CNICs, and passports in order to appear in Physical/Skill/CBT tests.
