How to Apply for FIA Jobs

- In accordance with the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993 (as amended from time to time), the maximum age limit prescribed under the Recruitment Rules shall be relaxed.
- Age will be determined based on the closing date for applications.
- The selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
- Government employees should apply through the proper channels.
- To be considered for an interview, candidates must provide their NOC.
- At the time of the interview, the applicant must provide original documents along with attested copies of documents issued by HEC/recognized boards/universities/institutes.
- During any stage of the recruitment and after employment, if any information provided by the applicant is found to be false or bogus, that candidate’s candidature will stand canceled and legal action will be taken against them.
- Candidates for posts at serial numbers 2, 6 & 7 must first pass a physical test (one mile in 7:00 minutes for males and 10 minutes for females)
- A computer-based test based on multiple choice questions (MCQs) will be conducted later in the process for male candidates and female candidates.
- Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the authorized civil surgeon of the Federal Government at the time of final selection.
- Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted or entertained.
- To take the test, applicants must bring their original CNIC.
- Bring your original CNIC card to the test center during the test.
- For tests, interviews, physicals, endurance, and skill tests, no TA/DA will be permitted.
- The candidates will also be informed about the test schedule via SMS on a given mobile number. FIA will upload a list of ineligible candidates on its website after reviewing applications, for the information of all concerned. No information in this regard will be sent through postal mail.
- Applicants who have any complaints regarding their eligibility/results of any portion of the test are required to submit a complaint on FIA’s website within 7 days of the result being uploaded, and FIA will reply to their query through its complaint management system.
- It is mandatory for candidates to produce registration slips, CNICs, and passports in order to appear in Physical/Skill/CBT tests.
